Sachin Agrawal

SACHIN AGRAWAL, Founder & CEO, Tarika Group, has over twenty years of experience managing innovation and development of solutions and optimizing complex business processes; Business & Technology Architecture and Integrations. His proficient leadership and exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, combined with industry experience have delivered extraordinary results for his firm and clients.

Sachin has implemented a strong process-oriented system, managing a team of offshore and onsite professionals. He has created a global company with presence in America, Asia, and Africa. Under his leadership, Tarika Technologies has acquired several key accounts, providing Enterprise Solutions and successfully implementing the virtual CIO model. In addition, he has launched several products in the ERP, Communication, Entertainment & Media domains, further extending to mobile apps. He has performed complete business and technology assessment, advised on Enterprise Architecture and provided solutions for several mid to large companies across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.

Sachin is the CIO to a leading firm in Bethesda, Maryland USA that provides acquisition support services; and technical advisor to the Crisis Center Hotline located in the state of Maryland in the United States. During his career, he also served as Director of Information Technology at a prestigious infrastructure management firm in the DC area providing IT consulting, infrastructure design and enterprise solutions for small to large corporations all around the mid-Atlantic region, as well as governmental organizations. His innovation in business process has led to a patent with the United States Patent and Trademark Offices for one of his clients.

In recent times, he has partnered with Origin8 Limited, a leading PR & Advertisement firm located in Ghana, extending all the products and services offered by Tarika to the African region. As an integral part of this partnership, Origin8 will be heading the sales and marketing of EBIMS AirWatch 5.0 in the West African market; a cloud-based ERP solution by Tarika, supporting the needs in the Media industry providing real time strategic planning, monitoring, management of operations, automation of collections and complete digitization of payments through integrations to local payment gateways. He is also the Chief Technology Advisor for Origin8 Limited, driving advanced digital solutions for clients in Ghana; and introducing customized ERP for businesses across West Africa.

His keen interest in international business has formed key alliances and relationships worldwide in areas aside technology. Other areas of his expertise include managing and streamlining business processes, vertically independent Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Management, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, high-level network and systems architecture, design and development capabilities of secure distributed applications for both private as well as governmental organizations.

Mr. Agrawal holds a Master of Science in Information Architecture with highest honors; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Associates in Computer Engineering Technology from Capitol Technology University in Maryland, USA. In his leisure, Mr. Agrawal enjoys playing musical instruments and practices Haidong Gumdo, the Korean swordsmanship, as a senior martial arts practitioner. Moses Owiredu Okai

Moses Okai, Creative Coordinator, Origin8 Limited in Ghana is a senior Creative with a copywriting background. His experience spans digital, traditional, and consultancy. He is an enthusiastic creative inspired by originality and ingenuity.

With about a decade as a creative, he has had the opportunity to work on brands including Cal Bank, Access Bank, Imperial Leather Soap, Robb, Cussons Baby, Carex, Camel, Royco, So Klin, Coral Paint, GNPC, GHACEM, UBA, GIZ, UNICEF, SG Bank, Lancaster University Ghana, La Palm Royal Beach Hotel to mention a few.

Over the years, Moses has come to believe that the biggest mistake you can make as an advertiser is to judge advertising as laypeople judge it. If you do, you’ll end up as an artist or an entertainer. The goal of advertising is not to be liked, to entertain, or to win advertising awards; it is to SELL.

Moses received his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Ghana, Legon, and has a Certificate from AAA School of Advertising South Africa, Cape Town. He developed an interest in advertising whiles a student at the university when he got the opportunity to serve as a Trainee Copywriter at Lowe Lintas. After School he got the opportunity to serve as the Production Manager at Roverman Productions, Sales & Promotions Executive Cleaver House, Copywriter at Creative Eye Ghana, Copywriter NowAvailable Africa, Creative Director Emerge Ghana, and Origin8 as a Senior Copywriter and rising to become the Creative Coordinator.

Emmanuel Gyan

Emmanuel Gyan, Finance and Procurement Manager, Origin8 Limited is a Senior and Experienced Auditor and Qualified Accountant with a demonstrated history of working with Audit Firm, Micro Finance, Public Sector, Marketing, and Advertising, etc.

Emmanuel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana, and a Board Member of Fapempa Co-operative Credit Union. He is also the Finance Committee Chairman for Kaneshie Church of Christ.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He also holds HND in Accounting from the then Koforidua Polytechnic, now Koforidua Technical University. Emmanuel started his career as a Senior Accounts Officer, Ghana Statistical Service, Ghana Co-operative Credit Union, Media Majique & Research Systems, Ogilvy Ghana Limited, and Origin8 Limited to mention a few.

Sarah Sackey Gidiglo

Sarah Sackey Gidiglo, a Director and HR Manager, of Origin8 Limited in Ghana is an experienced Human Resource Practitioner for more than 13 years. She is an apt Researcher with competency in planning, executing, and making recommendations based on data.

Sarah Sackey Gidiglo is a Member of the Institute of Directors Ghana, and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.

She strategically plans, manages, and develops employees to attain their potentials. Sarah has led the planning and execution of surveys and focus group discussions for both local and international companies.

Sarah has a keen interest in working with children and adolescents. She has been working and mentoring children and adolescents for more than 20 years. She was a career mentor for Tullow Human Resource Mentoring Programme for both cohorts 1 and 2.

Sarah received her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana, Ghana, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same University. She started her career as a Human Resource Assistant and has developed into management.

Mavis E. Donkor

Mavis E. Donkor is an Editor and Communication Professional, holding the position of Communication Strategist at Origin8, since January 2017.

Mavis has over 10 years of experience in editing, relationship building, and project coordination.

Mavis started at Afram Publications, working her way up to Assistant Editor from an Editorial Assistant role. She assessed and approved manuscripts for publication, managing authors and writing projects. She also planned and executed book launches and other events.

As Communication Strategist at Origin8 Ltd, Mavis manages relationships with selected clients, while writing and reviewing proposals, presentations, scripts, and copies. She also coordinates and facilitates training. She has trained for clients, including SSNIT and the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP)

She holds an MA in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor’s in Education Arts (English & French) from the University of Cape Coast, a certificate in Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and a Diploma in Human Resource from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK.

Kwesi F. Fiadjoe

Kwesi Fui Fiadjoe has been the Client Services Director for Origin8 Ltd since August 2018.

Kwesi Fiadjoe is a marketing communications professional with a wealth of experience in the management of both local and international brands, spanning across the Financial, Telecommunications, Construction, Extractive (oil & gas), and Services industries.

Kwesi’s experience working as a Client Service Executive spans over a decade with executions including the planning and execution of PR services towards the launch of first oil by Tullow Oil in 2010; right through to execution of a nationwide campaign “Ghana’s Favourite Milk” for Nestle Ghana; Marketing Communications Support for Standard Chartered Ghana; MTN Ghana experiential marketing; and currently the lead contact for all Origin8 portfolios which includes Ghacem Ghana, the lead cement manufacturing company and second highest taxpayer in Ghana.

Kwesi holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Marketing certificate from CIM, UK, and certification in Oil and Gas from the University of Aberdeen. He is currently studying project management in his bid to constantly improve himself as part of his drive to provide premium services to clients, in line with Origin8’s vision.

William Ansah

William Yaw Ansah, Chairman, and CEO, Origin8 Limited in Ghana is an accomplished executive with experience spanning multiple sectors – Publishing, International NGOs, Education, Consultancy, and more.

Most recently, William was appointed as Course Manual Author Monitor for Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana. He was also appointed as a Member of the Management Committee, School of Arts, University of Ghana. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors Ghana, an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers, U.K

Over the years, he has been a mentor and advisor to a number of new ventures in Ghana and has trained several organizations such as SSNIT, Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Water Company Limited, National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme among others.

William has authored a number of books such as Simple English for Senior High Schools in Ghana, Simple English books for Primary Schools in Ghana, and Simple English books for kindergarten, among others.

William received his Master’s degree in Global Marketing from the University of Liverpool, the U.K, and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Ghana, Ghana. He started his career in Ghana as an Instructor, Consultant, and later management member of Afram Publications, Sahabia Publications, Comland Ghana, Origin8 Limited to mention a few.
