Origin8, an integrated marketing communications company, has been named the official event organiser for the maiden Aerospace and Aviation Exhibition for Africa to be organised from October 24 to 26, 2017.

Origin8 will, therefore, represent the organising committee of the African Airshow and conduct the necessary negotiations and correspondence from now to the end of the show in October.

In a brief remark after the signing ceremony, Mr Kwesi Taylor, International Relations Consultant of the African Airshow, remarked, “It’s a great opportunity to partner Origin8 to plan, organise and manage the maiden African Airshow in Accra.”

Mr Taylor said, “We believe in the capabilities of Origin8 to execute this project successfully by sourcing for sponsors using their wide network as well as organising and managing the entire expo for maximum benefit.”

Confidence

The Chief Executive of Origin8, Mr William Yaw Ansah, he was excited at the confidence reposed in Origin8 by the organising committee to handle the maiden event in Ghana.

Mr Ansah added, “Having the opportunity to organise the maiden African Airshow clearly demonstrates that the work of Origin8 is being recognised by industry players in the country and we will not disappoint them. This is a new challenge we have taken and we will do our best to ensure that we deliver on our promise as the only true integrated marketing communications company in Ghana.”

Mr Ansah stated that Origin8 would soon roll out activities to reach out to corporate organisations for sponsorship, partnerships and potential exhibitors.

He explained that Origin8 would work with transparency and efficiency to ensure that all sponsors, exhibitors and visitors enjoy the maximum benefit of the event.

Sponsorship

In accordance with the agreement between the two parties, Origin8 will seek sponsorship, plan and execute all marketing communications activities as well as plan, execute and manage the three-day event.

The African Air expo is the maiden Expo to be organised in Ghana. The event is expected to attract professionals in the aviation industry, including private individuals from Africa and other parts of the world, to discover the industry’s latest developments and innovations.

The event will also involve seminars/conferences, exhibition of different types of aircraft, as well as support services of the aviation industry and many more.
