Sarah Sackey Gidiglo, a Director and HR Manager, of Origin8 Limited in Ghana is an experienced Human Resource Practitioner for more than 13 years. She is an apt Researcher with competency in planning, executing, and making recommendations based on data.
Sarah Sackey Gidiglo is a Member of the Institute of Directors Ghana, and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.
She strategically plans, manages, and develops employees to attain their potentials. Sarah has led the planning and execution of surveys and focus group discussions for both local and international companies.
Sarah has a keen interest in working with children and adolescents. She has been working and mentoring children and adolescents for more than 20 years. She was a career mentor for Tullow Human Resource Mentoring Programme for both cohorts 1 and 2.
Sarah received her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana, Ghana, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same University. She started her career as a Human Resource Assistant and has developed into management.
